Kate and Daddy sneak down to join a nervous Mommy before the swim! Mommy was happy! Kate spent last Saturday in lovely Pacific Grove, cheering on her Mommy while she did the PG Triathlon for Team In Training. She was such a trooper and loved all the cheering and applause, (whether or not it had anything to do with her Mommy!) hee hee... Enjoy!

Way to go Mary! Phil, Kelsey and I are SOOOO proud of you, and you should be proud too. Wish we could have been there. I'm glad Vicky and the kids were able to cheer you on. How fun! Now, tell me honestly, was the kelp that bad? hee hee
